Why did I, Chris Gilde, get into real estate? My Love for everyone! Let me explain, I started my life working for an amazing company, named Walt Disney World. This was a great college internship for a little under 2 years, but college wasn't for me. I went on to work for different restaurant chains as a waiter.
Selling bottles of wines at Schnebly's Winery, there I met this guy who passed the test for his Realtor license. And he told me "if you love selling people wine, you would love to find someone a home." This passion led me to the Gold Coast School. After studying for 6 months, I passed the State Exam and earned my license. On my first day, I worked with the Real Estate Empire group. My first year was a success, helped over 13 families find a place to call home
In December of 2019, I had an opportunity to work for the Ocean Reef Club as a full-time Bartender. My view from the bar was the ocean and I loved every minute of it. Due to the pandemic, I got laid off and decided to volunteer all my time to the community of Homestead. Impacting over 30k people on my social platform Only In Homestead.
Now that I have helped this community through the tough times, it's time for me to help individual families like yours find a place to call home. So I joined the Lifestyle Real Estate Sales Team and I am excited that you will be apart of my journey.
